At 20/20 Optix, each member of our vision care team is carefully selected by Dr. Susan Poe based upon his or her experience, professional demeanor, and dedication to providing personalized care to our optometry patients.

DR. SUSAN POE
Dr. Susan Poe is a native Hoosier and received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University. While at IU, she was a graduate assistant in the contact lens lab. She completed internships in ocular disease, contact lens, and primary care; including working with the Army’s 67th combat support hospital in Germany. Dr. Poe has 25 years experience in optometric medical practice and loves seeing patients of all ages. She feels fortunate to have been able to use her skills in Cuba and Honduras, completing four vision clinics through Volunteer Optometrists Serving Humanity. Dr. Poe and her husband, Brian, live in Shawnee and have three children; Lydia, Adam and Kristen.

Susi Nash recently moved into the eye care field after many years in dentistry. She continues to provide excellent customer service as well as optometric technician skills. She enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
